writes well, holds well balanced, made of precious metal. their body designs are rather unique, plain, honeycomb and princess cut are not usually found. and as they are each numbered and the number only runs in 4 digits as the first 2 digit is the model number, you can be sure each design can only run up to 9999 pens. this number is usually not achievable for the number of pens made though, but coming back, it also means they are all limited edition.

Rectilinear design

design04 is an homage to the linearity aesthetic. Subtle design, subordinate to an uncompromising purpose.

Based on an original design by Otto Hutt. Classical form reimagined for the future and finished by hand.
 

Striped guilloché & Princess Cut
The barrels are made of solid sterling silver, the hardware components are platinized. The striped guilloché is double-cut. For the Princess Cut, a total of eighty individual lines intersect. One special feature is the mechanical spring clip: precisely machined from solid brass and finished with a platinum coating.

now my assessment. the princes cut is very unique. the quadrant u see isn't cut lines, but the wavy lines that causes the illusion. the cap is also pure sterling silver. overall, the balance is good even when posted. platinum, brass, sterling silver and gold all in 1 pen. a very worthy pen.

Graf Von Faber-Castell Classic Anello Titanium Fountain Pen
